Data controller
novatraqR, a company headquartered in Luxembourg, acts as data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data collected
We collect only the data necessary for the purposes described below: first name, last name, email, company, role, free-form message — via the contact form; and recruitment form data, including CV, when you apply.
Purposes of processing
- Respond to your commercial or product requests.
- Review your application as part of a recruitment process.
- Measure site audience in an anonymised and compliant way.
Legal bases
Our processing relies on your explicit consent (forms) and on novatraqR's legitimate interest in measuring and improving the site.
Retention period
Contact form data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then archived for a maximum of three years for commercial relationship purposes, unless deletion is requested. CVs received are kept for a maximum of two years, unless an earlier deletion is requested.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability and objection regarding your data. You can exercise them at: contact@novatraqr.com.
Processors
We rely on processors for hosting (AWS) and email handling. These partners are selected based on security and GDPR compliance criteria.
Complaint
You may file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — CNPD in Luxembourg, CNIL in France.
